Takeharu IwaiPresident/ Founder

Takeharu Iwai is the founder and also the father of the close knitted family. Since founding the company in 1984, he got his hands on every single aspects of the business – from machine operation to production scheduling and even charting new business directions, there is never a day that goes by without him working – you can find him splitting firewood for the stove in the morning!

A little known fact is his love for climbing. To date, he has probably scaled more than a hundred mountain peaks in Japan alone!
